You may enter a return request on our Contact Us page for quick and easy returns and proceed with placing a new order for the items wanted. What is the process for returning an order?You can return any unused items within 20 days of purchase using our fast and simple process. Just visit our Contact Us to submit your return request and we will send you a prepaid shipping label ASAP. Shipping costs on first return per order are complimentary. Additional returns are subject to a shipping and handling cost of $9.95! Note: Items that have been used or have labels removed or damaged will not be returned.
Can I return items that have been decorated?
We are not able to process returns for decorated items. We always recommend testing your decoration method on one item to see how it works for you!
